Help us keep the rhythm.
Found a bug, an unclear instruction, or a word that does not sound right? A short, specific message helps us understand what happened.
How to send your feedback
The box below helps you prepare a message. Typing or copying text does not send it to us. “Open in your email app” creates a draft in your configured email application; check the recipient and message, then press Send there.
If that link does not open an email app, copy your report and paste it into a new message in your usual webmail service. Address it to the support email above. Copy anything you want to keep before leaving this page: the website does not save your draft for a later visit.
Write down the problem and copy your report. Nothing is sent automatically.
Open in your email app →Report a sound or timing problem
Describe the expected behavior and what happened instead. Include only the details relevant to the problem:
- Your phone or computer type, operating system, and browser.
- The mode, beat style, tempo, and round length you selected.
- Whether the issue happened in the voice demo or a normal round.
- Whether you used Bluetooth headphones, a wired headset, or speakers.
- The steps that reproduce the issue, including any pause or tab switch.
A cropped screenshot can help if text or controls are difficult to see. Remove account details, private tabs, notifications, and other personal information before attaching it to your email.
Suggest a word or clarify the instructions
For rhyme suggestions, include the word pair, the page where you found it, and the English accent you have in mind. For confusing instructions, tell us what you thought you should do and which sentence or control led to that interpretation. You do not need to send a voice recording.
Privacy questions and content concerns
Use the same address for questions about your information or a request to delete an earlier support message. Identify the conversation by its subject or approximate date. For a concern about content or ownership, include the page URL and enough detail to identify the material. Do not send passwords, payment details, or identity documents.
What happens after you send a message?
Messages are forwarded to the project’s support inbox for review. This is an independent project, so there is no guaranteed response time or promise that every feature suggestion will be implemented. Sending feedback does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
See our Privacy Policy for how email feedback is handled. If you are still learning the controls, the playing guide may answer your question immediately.
