Aim for a phrase that makes sense and finishes on time; complicated lyrics can wait until you feel comfortable.
BPM means beats per minute. Choose 80 for more thinking time, 100 for a steadier challenge, or 120 when the words feel familiar. A faster setting shortens the initial count-in and every performance bar. Change the tempo between rounds, and slow down if you keep starting late or squeezing the final word into too little space.
Start with four bars, then try eight or sixteen when you want a longer session. There is one count-in for the whole round. The everyday set has 64 ending words with guided phrases, so even a sixteen-bar round has no repeated targets. Use Next words to move to another group, or replay the same sequence and concentrate on one improvement, such as a clearer ending.
